A name, location, or other term entered in a search tool is sent to the outside provider that operates that tool. Jackson County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems.

If you email or send a contact message, the supplied address and message are retained as needed to respond. They are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
